SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is available worldwide and Chrystelle Atallah offers a free shipping service to all our clients.

No shipment is delivered until payment is received in full.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday and exclude official holidays.

Estimated time of delivery for standard sizes items purchased is between 4 to 10 working days depending on the location.

Delivery time for custom made orders will be communicated with each client and depends on the item ordered and the production time frame it requires.

Chrystelle Atallah is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged at the destination country, nor the delays caused by the destination customs clearance process.

 

RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns on standard sizes pieces purchased not custom orders.

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or credit of the purchased amount; in their original condition, that have not been worn, altered, or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached and the Chrystelle Atallah dress cover.

Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by the customer.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

No order that has been confirmed by Chrystelle Atallah may be cancelled except with a written agreement by Chrystelle Atallah and if cancellation request has been made within 3 days of the order date, and the purchaser shall indemnify Chrystelle Atallah against losses and costs as a result of such cancellation.

The amount of such indemnity shall not to be less than 40% of the whole value of the product.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We handle custom orders on a case-by-case basis.

After ticking the custom made option in Shop and finalizing payment, you will receive The Chrystelle Atallah measurement form to fill, within 24 hours, and you may include all kind of modifications you would like to implement on the original design like changing the color, adjusting the length, altering the cuts… etc).

We will communicate with you using the information you have provided upon ordering.

Modifications and requests may be subject to approval or disapproval by our team.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

In the event where a custom product needed alteration or modifications, you shall inform us within 3 days of receiving the product and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping charges for alterations shall be borne by the client.

FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item you must notify us within 72 hours by sending an email to eshop@chrystelleatallah.com and by including clear photos showcasing the defect along with your name and order number .

In the event that you receive a damaged piece or did not receive your shipment after having received the airway bill, kindly let us know the soonest so we can communicate with the shipping company.

 

PRICING

All the prices listed on the website are in US dollars.

We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.

All the prices listed are updated and accurate, however material error may be discovered, and we reserve the right to change the prices on our site without any prior notice.

Changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.

 

REFUND

We do not accept refunds.

Items purchased from the website can either be exchanged or redeemed with a Chrystelle Atallah credit note to be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
